Altair is an AI-native medical billing service for independent practices. We take over a practice's billing end to end and get doctors paid by insurers. AI does the work; our billers handle the exceptions.

That can only work if a practice can trust an agent alone with its revenue. So we formalized insurers' billing policies and put a theorem prover under the agent. Before the agent acts on a claim, the prover checks the action against that insurer's policies, and anything that fails goes to one of our billers.
